Coordinator Duties: ·
Finalize warehouse location and conduct facility
assessment ·
Develop site plan (include security site plan) and warehouse
floor plan ·
Identify equipment and supplies to be used for
receiving, staging, and storing supplies and equipment ·
Obtain and include detailed list of Strategic National
Stockpile (SNS) push and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI ·
Develop forms and procedure for receiving, picking,
packaging, and deploying supplies and equipment ·
Develop criteria and process for demobilizing warehouse
site, including recovery of unused materiel ·
Revise local Medical Health Resource Request procedure
to be consistent with State Protocol |
